We recommend bringing only what is necessary, as porters and yaks will be carrying your luggage.

    Mountaineering Boots:

    • One pair of insulated, high-altitude boots (e.g., La Sportiva Olympus Mons, Scarpa Phantom 8000).
    • Ensure boots are well broken-in and compatible with crampons.

    Crampons:
